Resilience, a biomanufacturing company dedicated to improving accessibility to complex medicines, has announced the completion of a $625 million Series D investment round. The company’s coffers were further boosted by a previously unannounced $600 million Series C fundraising that was completed in August 2021.
PineTree Therapeutics has picked up $23.5 million in Series A1 funding. Our Oncology and Viral Diseases platforms will benefit from the funds. PineTree is a foundation for developing innovative medicines for cancer, immunotherapy, and other disorders.
Catalio Capital Management led a $30 million Series A financing round for Anagenex. Khosla Ventures, Obvious Ventures, Air Street Capital, and Menlo Ventures are among the previous investors. To find the next generation of small molecule medications, the firm uses big data and ai algorithms.
Codat, a global API for small business data, has raised $100 million in financing. JP Morgan Growth Equity Partners and Canapi Ventures led the financing. Plaid has been disclosed as an investor in Codat’s fundraising round for the first time.
InterAlpen Partners led a $50 million Series B investment round for Bike Health. The final amount raised by the company is $83 million. Questa Capital, Frist Cressey Ventures, and City Light Capital are along with the other investors in the round.
Branch Insurance has acquired $147 million in a private equity deal, placing it at $1.05 billion. Acrew, American Family Ventures, Anthemis, Gaingels, Greycroft, HSCM Ventures, Narya, SignalFire, and Tower IV were one of the new and current investors in the round.
Boulder Care, a telemedicine provider of medical treatment and long-term support for patients recovering from substance abuse disorders, has acquired $36 million in a Series B round of funding.
