Helix Announces Series C
Helix closed Series C funding round. It was led by Warburg Pincus, DFJ Growth, Kleiner Perkins, Mayo Clinic and Temasek. Helix’s end-to-end genomics platform enables organizations advance genomic research and accelerate the integration of genomic data into clinical care through its unique ‘Sequence Once, Query Often’ model. With this model, an individual’s DNA can be collected, sequenced and securely stored once.
Capchase Announces Series A
Capchase announced a $125 million Series A investment. It was led by QED Investors.
Capchase, a provider of non-dilutive capital, helps companies unlock cash that is otherwise tied up in future predictable revenue payments.
Shippo Raises $50 million
Shippo raised $50 million of capital, led by Bessemer Venture Partners. The Shippo API and apps allow you to easily print shipping labels, get rates, track packages, print customs forms, submit refunds and much more.
Thirty Madison Announces Series C
Thirty Madison announced a $140 million Series C round led by new investor HealthQuest Capital. Thirty Madison has raised a total of $210 million to date and is now valued at over $1 billion.
Intrinsic Closes Series A
Intrinsic announced closing of $113 million in Series A funding. It was led by Define Ventures. Intrinsic focuses on eCommerce native health & wellness brands. It acquires and accelerates health & wellness brands selling on Amazon and other eCommerce channels.
The Rise Fund Announces Strategic Investment
The Rise Fund announced a $100 million strategic investment in Climavision.
Alation Raises $110 million
Alation has raised a $110 million Series D round. It was led by Riverwood Capital with participation from new investors Sanabil Investments and Snowflake Ventures. Total funding raised stands at $217 million. Alation’s current market valuation is $1.2 billion.
Alation is the leader in enterprise data intelligence solutions including data search & discovery, data governance, data stewardship, analytics, and digital transformation.
Gong Raises $250 million
Gong has raised $250 million in Series E funding. It was led by Franklin Templeton, bringing Gong’s total funding to $584 million.
Gong enables revenue teams to realize their fullest potential by unveiling their customer reality.
LeoLabs Closes Series B
LeoLabs has closed a $65 million Series B financing round. The round was led by Insight Partners and existing investor Velvet Sea Ventures. With this round, LeoLabs has raised over $100 million in total capital. LeoLabs provides access to critical mapping and space situational awareness (SSA) data for low Earth orbit.
Yieldstreet Announces Series C
Yieldstreet announces $100 million Series C funding round led by Tarsadia Investments. Yieldstreet was founded by Milind Mehere and Michael Weisz to digitally transform and democratize access to alternative investments.
Spruce Announces Series C
Spruce announced a $60 million Series C funding round led by Zigg Capital. Since its inception in 2016, Spruce has grown more than 450% annually, powering tens of thousands of transactions for leading digital mortgage lenders, SFR investment platforms, iBuyers, and each of the top five equity co-investment companies.
Outreach Closes a $200 million funding
Outreach closed a $200 million funding round co-led by new investors, Premji Invest and STEADFAST Capital Ventures. This funding round raises Outreach’s valuation to more than $4.4 billion and its total funding to $489 million.
Exabeam Announces Series F
Exabeam announced a $200 million Series F growth round led by Owl Rock. The Exabeam Security Management platform is a comprehensive cloud-delivered solution that leverages machine learning and automation using a prescriptive, outcomes-based approach.
Project44 Closes Series E
project44 closed a Series E investment of $202 million. The round was led by funds managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management (Goldman Sachs) and Emergence Capital, valuing the company at $1.2 Billion. project44 is the world’s leading advanced visibility platform for shippers and logistics service providers.
Circle Raises $440 million
Circle raised $440 million in financing from leading institutional and strategic investors. Circle is a global financial technology firm that enables businesses of all sizes to harness the power of stablecoins and public blockchains for payments, commerce and financial applications worldwide.
