ArriVent Biopharma, a company committed to expediting the worldwide research and development of innovative biopharmaceutical therapeutics, has completed a $155 million Series B financing. The funds will be utilized for the pivotal Phase 3 and additional studies with the Company’s main product candidate furmonertinib–a highly brain penetrant, mutant-specific EGFR kinase inhibitor–as well as the company’s pipeline expansion. Sofinnova Investments and General Catalyst led the financing, with participation from Catalio Capital Management, HBM Healthcare Investments, Shanghai Healthcare Capital, Sequoia China, AIHC Capital, Terra Magnum Capital Partners, Unicorn Capital Partners Limited, and Infinitum Asset Management.
Leading organ transplant company Paragonix Technologies disclosed that it has raised $24M in Series B funding, led by Signet Healthcare Partners. This expansion funding will strengthen Paragonix Technologies’ commercial footprint, including its ongoing expansion of clinical service offerings and inventory expansion. This will allow the company to progress transplant innovations even further.
Graphiant, an innovator of next-generation edge services, has announced the completion of a $62 million Series B financing round, which is based on the company’s strong footing in both the corporate and service provider markets. The funding round brings the company’s overall funding to $96 million. The funds will be used to support continued growth as Graphiant’s next-generation architecture gets traction.
Env0, a supplier of Infrastructure as Code workflow automation and management software, disclosed an additional $18.1 million in financing, bringing the total amount raised in its Series A investment round to $35 million. In fiscal year 2022, the business expanded by 450%, gaining new customers such as MGM Resorts International, PayPal, VMware, and BCG. The new funds will be used to expedite research and development of fresh goods to securely scale customer cloud operations.This latest round, which takes env0’s total funding to $41.9 million, is led by Venture Guides, a new firm founded by Bain Capital Ventures industry veterans.
LeapXpert, the pioneer in responsible business communication, has announced a $22 million Series A+ financing round led by Rockefeller Asset Management’s Technology Ventures Group. Uncorrelated Ventures, the Partnership Fund for New York City, a new strategic investor, and established investors all participated in the round.
Spiral, the creator of Impact-as-a-ServiceTM, has raised $28 million in Series A financing, bringing its overall funding to $42 million. Team8 lead the round, with participation from Euclidean Capital and Intuition Fund, Communitas Capital, Phoenix, and Nidoco AB.Spiral, founded in 2019 and headquartered in New York City, is the pioneer of the world’s first Impact-as-a-ServiceTM platform, which enables banks, credit unions, and financial institutions to easily embed sustainability, social impact, and ESG into their core businesses, thereby increasing community impact and customer engagement.
P97 Networks, a prominent provider of mobile commerce and digital marketing platforms to the convenience retail, automotive, and fuel markets, has raised $40 million in equity funding.
Portage, a global investment platform centered on the fintech and financial services industries, led the round, with participation from existing investors. The capital will be used to drive strategic growth initiatives at P97 that will further position the company as the leader in payment and loyalty solutions for mobility-focused retailers, as part of the recently launched Portage Capital Solutions strategy.
Wellth, a digital health company which employs behavioral economics to empower individuals to prioritize their health, announced a $20 million Series B fundraising round that was oversubscribed. SignalFire led the round, with participation from Frank Williams, Co-Founder and Former CEO of Evolent Health (who will also join Wellth as Chairman of the Board), as well as existing investors The Social Entrepreneurs’ Fund, CD Venture, Yabeo, and Partnership Fund for NYC.
