Gladly, the only customer service platform built around people rather than tickets, announced a $55 million funding round led by Riverwood Capital, a global investor in high-growth technology companies, with participation from existing investors Greylock, GGV, NEA, and Glynn Partners. The investment will support the continued innovation of Gladly’s people-centered customer service platform, which will help commerce brands transition from the transaction era to the loyalty era.
CyberCube, a market leader in cyber risk analytics, announced $50 million in additional growth capital from Morgan Stanley Tactical Value investment funds, with participation from all existing investors Forgepoint Capital, Hudson Structured Capital Management (Bermuda) Ltd., MTech Capital, and key investors from Stone Point Capital.
Lineage Logistics, the world’s largest and most innovative temperature-controlled industrial REIT and logistics solutions provider, announced that it had raised $700 million in equity from new and existing strategic partners. Lineage has a global network of over 400 strategically located facilities with a total capacity of over 2 billion cubic feet that spans 20 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Nectar, an innovative and comprehensive allergy care platform, announced a $16.5 million Series A funding round. Harmony Partners led the round, with significant participation from founding partners Juxtapose and Obvious Ventures, who co-founded the company with Founding CEO Kenneth Chahine.
Enveda Biosciences announced the completion of a $68 million equity and debt financing. Dimension led the Series B round, which included participation from FPV, Jazz Venture Partners, Level Ventures, Amino Collective, Allen & Co, and Possible Ventures, among others. The round included participation from all of Enveda’s current major investors, including True Ventures, Lux Capital, Wireframe Ventures, Hummingbird Ventures, and Two Sigma Ventures.
Event technology pioneer Events.com announced that it has received a $100 million capital commitment in the form of a Share Subscription Facility (SSF) from Gem Global Yield LLC SCS (GGY). Through acquisitions, partnerships, and organic initiatives, the SSF will accelerate the company’s growth strategy. Following an equity exchange listing, Events.com will be able to draw up to $100 million under this customized agreement.
Protillion Biosciences, a privately held biotech company focused on identifying and optimizing new protein therapeutics as well as accelerating biologic research and development productivity, announced the completion of an $18 million Series A funding round led by ARCH Venture Partners and Illumina Ventures.
